⚠ Monthly goal progress deducts 9h (31-day closing month) or 11h (30-day/Feb closing month) only for TARGET tracking, not from salary. Automatic OT begins after 8 PAID hours (fixed unpaid break deducted); 16:00 → 01:00. Night premium assumes the 1h unpaid break occurs outside 22:00–05:00 when possible, so actual payroll may differ. Supports shifts up to 16 hours. This is an ESTIMATE, not a legal determination of overtime. Enter confirmed statutory OT hours per shift from the company schedule. The 60h+ premium is estimated at 25% before the closing date, and revised to 50% for excess hours after the period closes. Confirm against payroll.
